## What it does

Your pet stands in the yard for a moment, tongue out. Suddenly it bolts, tail flying, and tears around in a fast loop across the grass. It skids back into frame at the end, panting and happy.

## From our test

Our test used a black and white border collie on a backyard lawn, and in the middle frames it was a blur of tail and paws sprinting toward the fence before circling back. The render took about 2 minutes.

## Tips for the best photo

- Pick a photo with the whole pet in frame and open space around it to run.
- Grass, a yard or a park looks better than a cramped room.
- A sharp photo of the fur and markings helps the pet look the same once it's moving fast.

## Ideas for using it

- A dog walker showing off a happy client on their business page.
- A shelter posting an adoptable pup's playful side.
- A pet owner making a funny clip for the family group chat.

## Still unmistakably your pet

The video opens on your exact photo, so your pet’s fur, markings and surroundings carry through the whole effect.

Keeps your pet’s fur, markings and face so it still looks like your cat or dog, just doing something it never would.

## FAQ

### Does this work for cats?

Yes. Any pet in a clear, full-body photo can get the zoomies.

### Will my pet's markings stay the same while it runs?

Yes. In our test the collie kept its black and white pattern even during the fastest part.

### Do I need to write a prompt for Pet Zoomies?

No. Pet Zoomies is a ready-made effect: upload a photo and press Generate. The directions for the motion, camera and lighting are already built in.

### How long is the Pet Zoomies video, and how long does it take?

Every effect makes a 5 second HD video that matches the shape of your photo, portrait or landscape. Most are ready in one to three minutes, and you can leave the page while it renders.

### Does the video have sound?

Yes. Each clip comes with matching ambient sound effects. It does not add music, so you can lay your own track over it in any editor.

### Can I use Pet Zoomies on any pet?

Cats, dogs and most other pets work. The clearer the face and the more of the body in frame, the better the motion looks.
