## What it does

AI GIF Generator turns a sentence into a short looping animated GIF. Type the moment you want, like a cat high-fiving a dog, and get a GIF you can drop into a chat, a forum post or a blog. Add a photo and it brings that picture to life instead.

## From our test

I typed "A corgi in sunglasses dancing on a rooftop at sunset" with no photo. It came back as a corgi in sunglasses on a city rooftop with a glowing sunset behind it, and the GIF was ready on the page right after the clip.

## Tips

- Describe one action, not a whole story. A GIF is a few seconds long.
- Say who or what, what they do, and where. For example: a golden retriever catching a frisbee on a beach.
- Add a photo to animate a real picture, like your pet or a product shot.
- Ask for a simple background if you want the GIF to read well at small sizes.

## Ideas for using it

- Reaction GIFs for group chats, Slack and Discord.
- A moving header for a blog post or newsletter.
- Animating a product photo for a listing or social post.
- A quick looping clip of your pet for a forum or Reddit comment.

## How to use it

1. Upload photo to animate (optional), or pick it from your library.
2. Fill in describe your gif.
3. Press Generate. Free accounts make 3 a day.
4. Your video shows up right on the page. Save it to your library or download it.

## FAQ

### Can I make a GIF from my own photo?

Yes. Add a photo under Photo to animate and describe what should happen. The GIF starts from your picture.

### How long is each GIF?

About five seconds, and it loops.

### Can I post the GIF anywhere?

Yes. Download it and post it in chats, forums, blogs and social apps. You also get a share link and an embed code for websites.

### Is AI GIF Generator free?

Yes. A free PixelDojo account makes 3 free creations every day, no card needed. Free GIFs carry a small PixelDojo mark. Every plan removes it.

### Who owns the result, and can I use it commercially?

We assign you whatever rights we hold in the result, so you can use it in your own projects, commercial ones included, as long as what you uploaded was yours to use. Unsaved results are deleted after 24 hours, so save the ones you want to keep.

### Can I use a photo of someone else?

Only photos of adults, of yourself or of people who agreed to it, and only images you have the right to edit. Every upload goes through the same safety checks as the rest of PixelDojo.
