Content Safety & Abuse Reporting

This policy is issued by BLOVE INC, a Colorado corporation doing business as Pixel Dojo, 1155 Kelly Johnson BLVD, Suite 111, Colorado Springs, CO 80920. Email: [email protected]. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Pixel Dojo prohibits the use of our Service for illegal, abusive, or harmful content. This includes content involving or implying minors in sexual contexts, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, hate speech, extremist violence, and content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or applicable law. The full rules are in Section 3A of our Terms of Service.
How We Enforce These Rules
We use automated tools and human review to detect and act on prohibited content. These tools can block a prompt, an upload, or an output, and can limit features or suspend or ban an account. No automated system catches everything, so we also act on reports.
Recorded Upload Agreement
Before images can be used to guide generation on some of our tools, the user must accept a recorded agreement: every person shown in their images is an adult, 18 or older, and they have express consent from every person shown to use their image. We store each acceptance with a timestamp and the version of the agreement text. Violating this agreement ends the account.
How to Report
If you encounter content on Pixel Dojo that you believe violates our policies or applicable law, including suspected abuse, non-consensual imagery, copyright infringement, or any illegal activity, please report it:
Please include the URL of the content, a description of the concern, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, image IDs, account names). You do not need an account to report. Copyright notices follow our DMCA Policy.
Non-consensual intimate imagery. If intimate imagery of you has been made or shared on Pixel Dojo without your consent, choose the "Non-consensual intimate imagery" option on the report form, or email [email protected] with "NCII" in the subject line. Say whether you are the person shown or are acting for them. Include your signature (your typed full name), a link to the content, a statement that it was made or shared without your consent, and how to reach you. We remove the content within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, and we take reasonable steps to remove copies of it we can find.
Child Safety
We block attempts to create or upload sexual content involving minors, and accounts that make them can be banned. If known child sexual abuse material is ever detected on our content network, we preserve it and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as the law requires (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). For suspected trafficking we cooperate with law enforcement and report as the law requires. See our Anti-Trafficking Policy for resources if someone is in immediate danger.
What We Do
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and notify law enforcement where the law requires. We keep safety records for the periods in our Privacy Policy and preserve what the law requires.
You can ask for human review of any removal, suspension, or account closure, including automatic ones, by emailing [email protected] with Appeal in the subject line. A person reviews the decision and replies.
