Requests

We respond to valid legal requests, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants. Absent an emergency involving risk of death or serious physical harm, we require due process.

Emergency Requests

Emergency requests should clearly state:

  • The nature of the emergency
  • The person at risk
  • The specific data sought
  • The timeframe

We may disclose limited information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent an emergency.

Preservation & Disclosure

We may preserve records upon receipt of a valid preservation request and disclose information consistent with applicable laws. We notify users where legally permitted.
