What Unblur Image does

Unblur Image fixes motion blur and soft focus, bringing back crisp edges, readable details and sharp eyes without the halos of a sharpen filter.

How to use Unblur Image

  1. Upload blurry photo, or pick it from your library.
  2. Press Generate. The instructions for the job are already set up, so there is no prompt to write.
  3. Your image is usually ready in under three minutes. Save it to your library or download it.

Tips for the best result

  • It rebuilds detail, so very blurry photos come back sharp but with some invented texture.
  • Faces and text recover best; distant fine detail recovers least.
  • Use the largest original you have rather than a screenshot.

Unblur Image FAQ

Can it fix any blurry photo?

Most camera shake and soft focus, yes. In my test a deliberately blurred photo came back sharp. Extremely blurred images get detail that is a best guess.

Will it change the person's face?

It is set up to keep the same people and expressions. Check close-up details if likeness matters.

Is Unblur Image free?

Unblur Image is included with every PixelDojo plan and costs a few credits per image, shown on the Generate button before you run it.

Who owns the result, and can I use it commercially?

We assign you whatever rights we hold in the result, so you can use it in your own projects, commercial ones included, as long as what you uploaded was yours to use. Unsaved results are deleted after 24 hours, so save the ones you want to keep.

Can I use a photo of someone else?

Only photos of adults, of yourself or of people who agreed to it, and only images you have the right to edit. Every upload goes through the same safety checks as the rest of PixelDojo.
