Content Removal Policy
Effective Date: September 2, 2026
Pixel Dojo is committed to a safe platform. We remove content and may restrict accounts that violate our policies or applicable law. We acknowledge reports and complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within five business days. Verified non-consensual intimate imagery is removed within 48 hours of a complete report. Clear or egregious violations are removed immediately.
Prevention First
Most violating content never reaches the gallery in the first place. Before any image is generated or stored on Pixel Dojo, the request passes through several independent safety controls described in detail in our Content Safety policy:
- Prompt screening on every tool, every API call, and every LoRA training caption. Harmful prompts are rejected before generation begins. This check fails closed.
- Image and video screening on every tool. Reference images, video frames, library selections, and training images are checked before any model runs. Uploads that appear to depict minors are rejected.
- Child-safety hash matching on the storage layer for every stored image, including LoRA training datasets. Media served through our content network is hash-matched against the NCMEC database of known child sexual abuse material.
- Output screening at delivery and at publish time. Output that fails our own check is not delivered and is deleted. Anything published to the community gallery is reviewed again at publish time and can be unpublished.
The image, video-frame, and output checks can fail open if a classifier errors. Media that passed during such a window is re-checked shortly afterwards. Only the prompt check fails closed.
This Removal Policy describes what happens when content slips past those gates, when older content needs review, or when you spot something we should look at.
Grounds for Removal
- Sexually explicit content or graphic nudity published to the community gallery or any other public surface of the Service
- Content involving or implying minors; non-consensual sexual content
- Harassment, hate speech, extremist violence, or incitement to harm
- Illegal content or activity; doxxing or serious privacy violations
- Intellectual property infringement. Copyright notices and counter-notices must follow our DMCA Policy, which lists the information a valid notice needs.
- Fraud, spam, or attempts to bypass safety filters or remove policy markings
Reporting
To report content, use the report form on our Trust and Safety page or email [email protected]. Tell us what kind of concern it is and describe what you saw. Include the URL if you have it. Screenshots or asset IDs help. You do not need an account to report. For non-consensual intimate imagery, choose the non-consensual intimate imagery option on the form, or email us with NCII in the subject line. Include the link to the content and confirm that you are the person shown or are acting for them.
Our Process
- Acknowledge:The report form confirms on screen that we have your report. Email reports get a reply from support. We acknowledge reports and complaints within two business days.
- Review:We assess against our Terms, Content Safety, and applicable laws. Reports involving minors, human trafficking, and non-consensual intimate imagery are escalated first.
- Action:We take the content off every public surface and delete the stored file, except where a legal hold, an open investigation, or a legal duty requires preservation. Where a violation is confirmed we may also filter future outputs, and we may suspend the account. Removal does not erase our records: the record of the generation and the evidence of a confirmed violation are kept for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy, and we preserve what the law requires as described under Audit Trail below.
- Timeline:We acknowledge reports and complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within five business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, Mountain Time, excluding United States federal holidays. Complex cases can take longer, and we tell you when that happens. Verified non-consensual intimate imagery is removed within 48 hours of a complete report. Clear violations are removed immediately.
- Notice & Appeal:Where appropriate, we notify the account holder. You can ask for human review of any removal, suspension, or account closure, including automatic ones, by emailing [email protected] with Appeal in the subject line. A person reviews the decision and replies.
- Law Enforcement:We cooperate with lawful requests and preserve records where required.
Audit Trail
Every safety-related decision (pre-generation block, upload rejection, storage detection, or post-publication removal) is logged with the category of violation, the safety layer that triggered it, the affected account, and the timestamp. Records related to content that requires reporting to law enforcement are preserved for the periods required by applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A reporting obligations).
Repeat Infringers
Blocked attempts are recorded against the account and reviewed. Confirmed child sexual abuse material closes the account, deletes stored media except what the law requires us to preserve, and is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as the law requires. We may also limit features, suspend, or close accounts for other repeated or egregious violations. If we close an account for cause under Section 10 of the Terms of Service, unused credits and unused subscription time are forfeited and are not refunded.
