Content Removal Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

We remove content and may restrict accounts that violate our policies or applicable law. Non-consensual intimate imagery is removed within 48 hours of a valid request.

Grounds for Removal

  • Sexually explicit content or graphic nudity published to the community gallery or any other public surface of the Service
  • Content involving or implying minors; non-consensual sexual content
  • Harassment, hate speech, extremist violence, or incitement to harm
  • Illegal content or activity; doxxing or serious privacy violations
  • Intellectual property infringement. Copyright notices and counter-notices must follow our DMCA Policy, which lists the information a valid notice needs.
  • Fraud, spam, or attempts to bypass safety filters or remove policy markings

Reporting

To report content, use the report form on our Trust and Safety page or email [email protected]. Tell us what kind of concern it is and describe what you saw. Include the URL if you have it. Screenshots or asset IDs help. You do not need an account to report.

For non-consensual intimate imagery, choose the non-consensual intimate imagery option on the form, or email us with NCII in the subject line. Say whether you are the person shown or are acting for them. Include your signature (your typed full name), a link to the content, a statement that it was made or shared without your consent, and how to reach you. We remove the content within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, and we take reasonable steps to remove copies of it we can find.

What We Do

We review reports against our Terms of Service and the law. When content breaks them, we take it off every public surface and delete the stored file, except where a legal hold, an open investigation, or a legal duty requires us to keep it. We may also limit features, or suspend or close the account. Where appropriate, we tell the account holder. Our records of the content and of any violation are kept for the periods in our Privacy Policy.

We block attempts to create or upload sexual content involving minors, and accounts that make them can be banned. If known child sexual abuse material is ever detected on our content network, we preserve it and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as the law requires (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement; see our Law Enforcement Guidelines.

If we close an account for cause under Section 10 of the Terms of Service, unused credits and unused subscription time are forfeited and are not refunded.

Appeals

You can ask for human review of any removal, suspension, or account closure, including automatic ones, by emailing [email protected] with Appeal in the subject line. A person reviews the decision and replies.
