Refunds & Billing Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

This Refunds & Billing Policy applies to Pixel Dojo, a Colorado-registered corporation, and governs all subscription payments made through https://pixeldojo.ai.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. Billing intervals and pricing are displayed at checkout and on your Account page.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund for previously processed charges unless eligible below.

Refunds

  • Refunds apply to subscription payments only.
  • First‑purchase refund: full refund within seven (7) days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • We may deny or prorate refunds based on compute already consumed (e.g., image/video generations).
  • Requests received after 7 days from the initial purchase date are not eligible.
  • Credits/usage units have no cash value and are not refundable once consumed.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us at [email protected] before opening a dispute or chargeback, so we can assist promptly.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of access while the matter is investigated. We reserve the right to provide evidence to financial institutions demonstrating delivered digital goods or compute already consumed.
