Pixel Dojo Originals
Put Pixel Dojo in the video. Make it weird.
Rules at a glance
- There is no entry fee and no cap on how many clips you enter.
- The Pixel Dojo logo or our cobalt blue has to be clearly visible in the video itself.
- Your clip has to be made in Pixel Dojo. Original work only, no reposting someone else’s clip.
- Every approved clip earns $2. View earnings are capped at $50 per clip.
- You can have 3 clips awaiting review at once. Approve or reject frees a slot.
- Sharing to the Community Gallery is optional, and it is what makes a clip eligible for a spotlight.
- Keep your post public to keep earning on it.
- You must be 18 or older to be paid. Void where prohibited.
Content and fair play
- You need the rights to everything in your clip, including any music you add.
- No real public figures or celebrity likenesses, no copyrighted characters, no third-party brands.
- Nothing sexual, hateful, or deceptive. Standard Pixel Dojo content rules apply.
- Do not buy, automate, exchange, or otherwise manipulate views or engagement. It disqualifies the clip and the account.
Questions, answered
How is this different from the contest?
The contest is a single brief with a deadline, a jury, and eight cash prizes. This pays on views, has no deadline, and has no jury. You can enter both.
Do I have to share it to the Community Gallery?
Not to get paid on views. You do need to share it there to be eligible for a $10 spotlight bonus or to be featured by us, because that is how we confirm the clip was made in Pixel Dojo.
How much can one clip earn?
Every approved clip earns $2 straight away. On top of that it earns $4 per 1,000 views, so about $40 at 10,000 views, up to a $50 cap per clip. Likes, comments, and shares pay on top. A spotlight adds $10.
When do I get paid?
Earnings accrue while your post is live and are paid out through the campaign platform. Keep the post public, or it stops earning.
