Average brightness across every frame came out at 67.3 on the 0 to 255 scale, the darkest of the three by 13 points, so the dark slate table and the moody window light in the prompt actually showed up rather than being flattened into a bright product shot. And frame to frame change averaged 2.40, which is the sweet spot for this subject: enough for rising steam and a slow push, not so much that the bowl slides around.
