Dripping Oracle of Sand

A humanoid bust stands isolated on sun-baked sand, its waxy form in mid-dissolution. A massive veined eye dominates the profile, encircled by cascading miniature scenes of faces, symbols, and organic motifs etched into every translucent surface. The figure curves inward as if collapsing, with molten tendrils stretching toward the ground in glossy rivulets. Golden-hour light rakes across the sculpture, revealing honeyed translucency and pooling shadows in the nested details. Cream, burnt sienna, and oxblood layers catch highlights on the drips, while subtle reds bleed through the melting edges, lending visceral depth. The sandy expanse recedes softly, isolating the figure in warm, directional glow. The piece merges Dali-esque fluidity with Bosch-like obsessive narrative and contemporary resin tactility. Hypnotic yet unsettling, it explores transience and inner multiplicity, drawing the viewer into a living tapestry of decay and revelation.
