Ice Shove

Eight stills to a frozen-lake disaster film

Every opening frame is a FLUX 3 Image still made on Pixel Dojo with web grounding off for an invented scene. Seedance 2.5 turned each still into a 1080p shot with its own sound effects, and Seed Audio wrote the score.

    The stills

    Prompt
Photoreal cinematic 35mm film frame, vertical composition, very low worm's-eye angle right at the base of a towering wall of shattered lake ice that fills the lower two thirds of the frame and looms over the camera: thick turquoise-blue ice slabs stacked on edge three meters high, tilting forward, sharp broken edges glowing in a low golden winter sun, loose chunks tumbling down its face, powder snow streaming off the crest. Just past the ice, close behind it on the right, a small red wooden lake cabin with a white-trimmed porch, the ice wall almost at its corner. Deep blue sky with fast white clouds. Only one building in the whole frame. No people, no animals, no text, no signs, no logos.
    • resolution: 2k
    • shape: 9:16
    • grounding: off

13.5 credits · This is the exact prompt of the opening shot; all eight stills follow the same pattern. 1.5 credits per 2K still. The opener took 2 takes: the first had too much sky.

  2. Step 2: Motion + sound

    Step 2

    Motion + sound

    Prompt
Low angle, the towering wall of lake ice is alive from the very first frame: slabs heave upward and tilt forward toward the camera, a big slab cracks and topples down the face, chunks tumble and bounce into the snow, powder snow streams off the crest in the wind, clouds race across the sky. The red cabin behind stays perfectly still and unchanged. Slight handheld shake. Only one building. Sound effects only, no music, no speech: deep groaning ice, loud cracks, crunching chunks, wind.

640 credits · Exact prompt of the opening shot. Eight 5-second shots at 16 credits a second, 1 take each. Only the best 2 to 3 seconds of each made the cut.

  3. Step 3: The finished cut

    Step 3

    The finished cut

Eight shots cut hard to the score, two big supers, then the Pixel Dojo end card.

Music

Prompt
Original instrumental cinematic trailer cue, 30 seconds: low pulsing strings and deep taiko hits building tension, icy metallic shimmer, big percussive rise, final booming hit then a soft ringing tail. No vocals.

Putting it together

  1. Trimmed each clip to its best 1.6 to 3.4 seconds
  2. Hook super on frame 1, model super on the rocking chair shot
