Artlist alternative

Artlist alternative for video makers who need the shots, not the stock

Pixel Dojo generates the exact shot your edit is missing on Seedance 2.5, Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1 or WAN 3.0, with sound built in and the credit price on every model page.

Artlist made its name on licensed music and stock footage, and now sells AI credits too. We took one small client job, a promo for a mountain hut, and generated every shot on Pixel Dojo to show what the AI side looks like here.

30 credits ($1.88) per 5 s clip at 720p with audio. Included in every plan, from $10/month.

Aerial drone shot rising over a stone mountain hut on a grassy ridge at dawn, smoke curling from the chimney, a thin trail winding down into a sea of clouds, golden light on the peaks. Sound: wind and distant cowbells.

The job: a mountain hut promo with no footage

A small mountain hut wants a short promo for the season. There is no budget for a drone crew and no stock clip shows their ridge, their mugs or their warden.

We wrote four shots the way an editor would: an aerial opener, a trail detail, a cozy cutaway and a closing line from the host. Then we cast each shot on the engine we thought suited it.

Shots for other edits

We made each of these on Pixel Dojo with the prompt shown. Tap one to start from it.

Vertical lifestyle b-roll on Seedance 2.5, with sound built in.

Vertical tracking shot of a roller skater in a mustard hoodie gliding down an empty coastal road at sunset, the camera rolling alongside, long shadows on the asphalt, wheels humming and gulls overhead.

A mood cutaway on MiniMax H3 for 12.5 credits.

Static shot through a rain covered cafe window at night, blurred city lights and a yellow taxi sliding past, raindrops racing down the glass, a cup steaming on the sill.

Macro detail on Veo 3.1 Lite for 6 credits.

Macro shot of a wooden match striking against a matchbox and lighting a candle wick in a dark room, the flame steadying, warm glow on the wax, the scrape and flare of the match then a soft hush.

Close up of a chipped blue enamel mug of tea on a weathered wooden table outside a mountain hut, steam rising into cold morning air, a hand reaches in and lifts it, the valley soft and out of focus behind, birdsong and a kettle whistle.

Medium shot of a mountain hut warden in her fifties with a long grey braid and a red fleece standing in the doorway of a stone hut. She smiles and says, "Soup is on. Boots off at the door." Soft morning light, wind chimes and distant cowbells.

  • Seedance 2.5 made the opener feel like a real drone move, rising from the roof to reveal the peaks above the clouds.
  • Kling 3.0 nailed the low, handheld energy of the boots shot, with flowers brushing past the lens.
  • WAN 3.0 gave a warm cutaway for 10 credits, with a kettle on the fire behind the mug.
  • Veo 3.1 delivered the spoken closing line from the warden, ready to cut onto the end card.

When Artlist is the better pick

If your edits live on licensed music, sound effects and real stock footage, Artlist Max bundles that catalog with its AI credits, plus LUTs and editor plugins. We do not sell a stock library.

If the shot you need does not exist yet, generating it is the job, and that is what we built Pixel Dojo for.
