The fine print most reviews skip

Refunds: Pollo's refund policy limits requests to 3 days after purchase and to accounts that used no more than 50 subscription credits, and allows a processing fee of up to 6%. Trying a few video models can use 50 credits quickly.

Unlimited: the Unlimited Model Usage Rights Declaration on Pollo's pricing page says unlimited applies only to named models and settings, for a set number of days, on a separate queue whose speed can drop at peak, with parallel limits, and that it ends at once if the plan lapses or is downgraded.

API: the landing page of Pollo's API docs still names Kling 1.0 to 2.0 and Veo 2 as examples of its models, and API top ups start at $80.

A one star prompt, rerun on four models

A Trustpilot reviewer described a simple scene that came back with the motorcycle tangled into the person. We wrote the same kind of multi object scene and ran it on four image models on Pixel Dojo.

  • All four kept the woman, the guitar and the motorcycle as separate, intact objects, the exact thing the reviewer said went wrong.
  • GPT Image 2.5 added a city skyline at sunset and a helmet on the bench, the most storytelling of the four.
  • Nano Banana 2.1 pulled back to a wide park scene with the path curving past the bench.
  • FLUX 3 Image and Seedream 5 framed her closest, with the motorcycle parked tight beside the bench.
