Nim alternative
Nim alternative: see the engines behind the app
Nim bundles leading video models into one app. Pixel Dojo does the same with every engine named and priced on its own page, so you can see why a clip costs what it costs and pick the one that fits.
Nim describes itself as an all in one AI video creation app with the world's best models. That is a good idea, and it is how Pixel Dojo works too. This page explains what is going on under the hood, then shows it: one vertical room tour brief on four engines.
10 credits ($0.63) per 5 s clip at 720p with audio. Included in every plan, from $10/month.

What an all in one AI video app actually is
Nim says its goal is to make the best open source and commercial models accessible through a single app, with reusable clips, templates and a prompt assistant on top.
That layer is useful. It also decides two things for you: which engine runs your clip, and how many credits that costs. Nim says it picks the best model for each task.
We take the other approach. Every engine on Pixel Dojo has its own page with its maker, its settings and its credit price, shown before you generate. When you do want help choosing, Sensei plans the project, prices it and waits for your approval.
Other vertical formats, other engines
Each clip below was made on Pixel Dojo from the prompt shown, sound included.
A spoken hook on Veo 3.1 Fast. He delivers the line with firelight on his face.
Vertical medium shot of a storyteller in his sixties with a grey beard beside a crackling fireplace, he leans toward the camera and says, "The river remembers every bridge." Warm firelight, crackling logs.
A slow, satisfying close up on Seedance 2.5.
Vertical close up: a bamboo whisk froths bright green matcha in a speckled ceramic bowl until fine foam forms, then a hand sets the whisk down, morning light on a wooden tray. Sound: brisk whisking and a soft clink.
Stop motion style on Kling 3.0 with sound built in.
Claymation style: a clay snail with a striped shell slides along a mossy log and a dewdrop rolls off a leaf onto its shell, visible thumbprint texture, soft daylight. Sound: a gentle plip and a playful plucked melody.
A drone style opener on WAN 3.0 for 10 credits.
Vertical aerial shot descending toward a container ship gliding into a misty harbor at dawn, stacked colorful containers, tugboats alongside, gulls circling. Sound: a deep ship horn and seabirds.
Why the engine matters: one room tour, four results
Room tours are a staple of short form interior and real estate content. We wrote one vertical brief and ran it unchanged on four engines. Veo 3.1 Fast ran at its 4 second length, the rest at 5 seconds. Each tile shows its settings and credits.
Vertical slow walking shot through a sunlit Scandinavian living room: pale oak floor, a boucle armchair, a monstera by tall windows, sheer curtains lifting in the breeze, the camera glides toward a reading nook. Sound: soft footsteps, distant birdsong and a calm room tone.

- WAN 3.0 followed the brief to the end, gliding past the sheer curtains into a window seat reading nook, for 10 credits.
- Kling 3.0 walked the full length of a tall, bright room past the armchair toward the windows.
- Seedance 2.5 stayed close on the boucle armchair and the monstera with sun across the floor.
- Veo 3.1 Fast went low and wide, light raking across the oak floor from the armchair to the monstera, in 4 seconds.
How credits work in a multi model app
Each engine has its own cost per second, so one credit balance buys very different amounts of video depending on the model. In our test the same brief cost 10 credits on WAN 3.0 and 30 on Seedance 2.5.
Nim's terms say its credit packs stay valid for 6 months from purchase. Whatever the app, knowing the price per engine is what lets you plan a project.
Nim terms vs Pixel Dojo

When Nim is the better pick
If you want a finished TikTok sized video from one click, Nim Stories is built for that, and its template library gives you ready made formats. Nim says it has grown to 1.9 million users since January 2025.
If you want to see and choose the engine behind every clip, with its price in front of you, we think Pixel Dojo gives you more control.
