How we built the winter cabin in three steps

Make the photo
Nano Banana 2.1 made a late summer photo of a red cabin, a dock and a rowboat on a still lake.

Edit the season
Qwen Image 2 Edit took that photo and one sentence, turned summer into deep winter, and kept the cabin, dock and boat where they were.

Animate it with sound
Seedance 2.5 used the winter edit as its first frame, added falling snow, a curl of chimney smoke and a gentle camera drift, and generated a soundtrack to match.
The three outputs, exactly as they ran
Each step used the file the step before it made. Tiles show the model, settings and credits.

Get the still right first
A photo costs 1.5 credits and a clip costs 30. Fix the composition while it is cheap, then animate.
Edit, do not regenerate
When you like a picture but want a new season, light or outfit, edit it. A fresh prompt will move everything else too.
Describe motion and sound, not the scene
The first frame already shows the scene. Spend the video prompt on what moves and what we hear.
