Picsart alternative: quick answers, then one photo on four editors

Picsart is a big creative suite with its own editor and agents. Pixel Dojo is where you pick the editing engine per photo, see its credit price first, and keep going into video on the same plan.

We read Picsart's pricing and home pages on October 15, 2026. Then we took one street photo and asked four AI editors for the same two fixes in plain words: lose the trash bin and turn a grey day into golden hour.

1 credit ($0.06) per image at 1K. Included in every plan, from $10/month.

A woman in a mustard cardigan sits on brownstone steps beside a pale blue road bike in warm golden hour light with long railing shadows
Remove the green trash bin on the left completely and fill that spot with matching sidewalk and railing, and change the flat grey overcast sky to warm golden hour sunlight with long soft shadows across the steps. Keep the woman, her face, curly hair, mustard cardigan, jeans, the pale blue bike and the brownstone exactly the same.

Deep dive: one street photo, four AI editors

We made the source on Nano Banana 2.1, then gave four editors the same sentence: remove the green trash bin, change the overcast sky to golden hour, keep the woman, the bike and the building the same. Each tile shows its credits.

When Picsart is the better pick

Picsart is a full design and editing suite with templates, fonts, stickers, brand kits, bulk editing of up to 50 images on Pro and a large stock library. If you lay out posts and collages by hand every day, that toolbox is hard to replace.

If your edits are mostly plain language fixes, and you want to choose the engine that does each fix best, Pixel Dojo puts four of them side by side. We would use both: generate and fix here, lay out in your editor of choice.

What our four edits cost

Plans are Lite $10 a month for 160 credits, Pro $25 for 500 credits, Pro Max $50 for 1,100 credits. Every plan includes every model and commercial use.

Qwen Image 2 Edit cost 0.5 credits, Kling Image Edit 1, FLUX 2 Pro 1.5 and GPT Image 2 Edit 5. Every tile shows its own price.

Under our refund policy, a first purchase can be refunded within 7 days, in full if under 20% of the credits are used and pro-rated after that.

Which AI editor changes the least of what I want to keep?

All four kept the person, the bike and the building in our test. Qwen Image 2 Edit changed the least overall, which suits small cleanups.
